3. How long does it take to receive our glasses after we place the order?

From the time you place the order to receiving the glasses, it will take about 7-15 working days (customized lenses may take an extra week), and we will send you the logistics information in a timely manner.

4. Is the online optical store service comfortable to wear?

This is a question that most people have and requires our joint efforts:
1. You need to tell us the size of the glasses you currently wear or have worn in the past, and measure the width of the temple legs near your ears when your glasses are naturally open. We can adjust the frames before shipment to ensure comfortable wearing.
